4. How to enter

To enter, an eligible member must complete the Private Cancer Physicians of Australia Membership Satisfaction Survey 2026 survey through the link provided by the Promoter and select the option confirming that they wish to enter the prize draw.

Members do not need to resubmit contact details already held by the Promoter. The Promoter will identify entries using [the member’s unique survey link / membership number / existing registered email address] and use the contact details recorded on the member’s account to contact the winner.

Entry is free. No purchase, membership upgrade, renewal or additional payment is required to enter. Ordinary internet or data charges remain the entrant’s responsibility.

Only one entry per eligible member is permitted. Completing the survey more than once does not provide additional entries.

Participation in the prize draw is optional. Survey responses do not need to be favourable to the Promoter, and the opinions expressed will not affect a member’s chance of winning. Members may select “prefer not to answer” wherever that option is offered.

Choosing not to enter the draw will not affect membership or access to member benefits.

5. Membership and entry verification

The Promoter may verify eligibility against its existing membership records and request reasonable additional information where necessary to confirm identity, age or Australian residency.

Members are responsible for ensuring their recorded contact details are current. Details may be updated by contacting pcpaexecutive@pcpa.org.au

The Promoter may exclude duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries, entries submitted without the member’s authority, and entries that otherwise breach these Terms and Conditions.

6. Prize

There is one prize of AUD $500 gift card. The total prize pool is AUD $500.

The prize will be paid via email transfer nominated by the verified winner.

No fee will be charged to claim or receive the prize.

The prize is not transferable to another person, except where required by law or agreed by the Promoter.

7. Physical random draw

The draw will take place at 7pm AEDT November 19, 2026, in NSW Australia

The winner will be selected through the following process:

  3. The slips will be thoroughly mixed.
  4. The person conducting the draw will select one slip without looking into the container.
  5. The member corresponding to the first valid entry number drawn will be the provisional winner, subject to eligibility verification.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning. The chance of winning depends on the number of valid entries received.

The draw will be supervised by a representative of the Promoter and witnessed by a person who is not an entrant. A record of the draw and its outcome will be retained.

Members do not need to attend the draw to win. Members wishing to witness the draw may contact pcpaexecutive@pcpa.org.au beforehand to arrange attendance.

If a selected entry is invalid or ineligible, it will be excluded and another slip drawn using the same process. A winner’s absence from the draw does not make their entry invalid.

The winner must respond by December 1, 2026, and provide the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange payment.

The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published at pcpa.org.au on within seven days after the draw for at least 30 days, subject to applicable legal restrictions or regulator-approved arrangements.
